At NOVEL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
